Registration
The registration site and the final submission site is already open.
All conference participants are required to register through the online registration site (We only accept online registration for SICE2021). The online registration system is operated by Papercept. The link to the registration site is as follows:

IMPORTANT
If your final paper exceeds allowed page limit, please complete the final submission information on your author workspace first, only then register and excess page fee will appear automatically. You cannot pay extra page fee directly without the above step.
• The deadline for early registration is July 26th, 2021, PST.
• The deadline for online registration is 23:59 (PST) September 10th, 2021.

To generate the receipt for your registration fee, please log into the registration system, click ‘view registration history’, and ‘printer friendly copy’. Notice that the registration fee includes 10% of tax.
Registration Fee
• Please note that registration fees are in USD as a requirement of the payment registration procedure. Participants can register and pay from the PaperCept registration page. The payment method is credit cards only.
• Full Society member and student member rates are applied to members of the following societies: SICE, SICE supporting members, IEEE, ICROS, ISA, CAA, JEMIMA, CIS, ECTI, and ACA.
• Advance registration is required by July 26, 2021 in order to upload the final material of accepted contributions.
• Full registrants may upload up to two final papers. Student registrants are allowed to upload one final paper. Extra papers may be uploaded upon payment of Extra Paper Charge of 150 USD for each additional paper.
• All registered participants will be able to download the conference proceedings from the conference webpage.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation on or before July 26, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (10% of the fee). Please note all refunds will be made after the conference. Note that, after July 27, your registration fee will NOT be refunded. In any case, if your registration is used to upload your contribution (paper/video) for SICE2021, your registration fee cannot be refunded.
• All cancellations must be processed online.
• In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees.

Payment method of Tutorials and Workshops
• Participants of SICE2021 Conference are required to pay the prescribed registration fees via Papercept.
• Non-participants of SICE2021 Conference are required to pay the prescribed registration fees via Peatix. Go to the payment page (here).
Regarding Tutorials and Workshops, for non-registrants of SICE2021 who participates in Tutorials and Workshops ONLY, the cancellation policy follows the regulation by Peatix Inc. For details, please see here.
