■ INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER SESSION PRESENTERS

(The information below is for "Poster", "Poster Exhibition" and "Automotive Industrial Poster" Sessions.)
1. The poster sessions will be held in Hangzhou Hall-1, at Session PWeC, 15:50-17:20 in July 29. Please check your presentation day, time and location at the poster session program. The authors are requested to stay in the vicinity of the poster during the assigned session (an hour and a half).
2. Please bring your printed poster, and attach it on the designated board before hand. The poster can be attached with adhesive tape or pins, and you may ask the volunteer staff for help on the spot. On site demonstration are also possible if requested in advance.
3. For every presentation, a workplace (a 1200mm high x 900mm wide poster display board) will be provided.
4. The title and authors should be placed on the top of your poster. Please see "POSTER TEMPLATE" below.
5. Please remove your poster immediately after the session.
6. If you use your mobile PC as a presentation device, we strongly recommend completing the battery charge before you'll start demonstration for very few AC power source outlet in Hangzhou Hall-1.

■ POSTER TEMPLATE

The poster template is provided for SICE2015. We strongly recommend that your poster be prepared with the template although an original layout is also allowed as long as the poster is within A0 size.
