SICE Journal of Control, Measurement, and System Integration (JCMSI) announces that it will publish a special issue entitled “the special issue on SICE Annual Conference 2014” in March 2015.

The objective of this special issue is to gather high-quality studies presented in SICE AC 2014 and to dispatch their revised/extended versions to all over the world. This special issue focuses on any areas covered in SICE AC 2014, which include, but not limited to:
Measurement,
Control,
System Integration,
System and Information,
Industrial Applications,
Life Engineering.

Paper Submission Deadline	September 20, 2014
Paper Acceptance Notification	December 2014
Journal Publication	March 2015

Important matters to be attended to:

The material in any paper submitted to JCMSI should be original, and any paper submitted to “the special issue on SICE Annual Conference 2014” must satisfy the following conditions:
(1) The authors must cite their paper appeared in the proceedings of SICE Annual Conference 2014.
(2) In the journal paper, the authors must describe the substantial difference of the submitting manuscript from the cited conference paper. In particular, the additional original contribution such as the following has to be pointed out explicitly in the first section of the journal paper:
A) Detailed or improved proofs of theorems
B) New results that expand the range of the results originally presented
C) New description of practical implementation of the results

The criterion of "additional original contribution" will be enforced at the discretion of the Guest Editor.
