We proudly announce the SICE Festival with Annual Conference 2024 (SICE FES 2024) will be held from August 27th to 30th, 2024 at the Eikokuji Campus of Kochi Institute of Technology.

Its original name was the SICE Annual Conference (SICE AC). Now, we decided to expand the concept of an academic conference into a larger festival with fun events while keeping the formality of a traditional academic presentation. The presented conference papers will be published in IEEE Xplorer.
