The SICE Annual Conference 2021, organized by the Society of Instrument and Control Engineers (SICE), will be held September 8-10, 2021, at Yotsuya Campus, Sophia University, Tokyo, JAPAN. The SICE Annual Conference 2021 is an international conference covering a broad range of fields from measurement and control to system analysis and design, from theory to application, and from software to hardware. The technical program of SICE 2021 will consist of plenary and invited talks, tutorial courses, and workshops, as well as oral and interactive sessions.

Due to COVID-19, the organizing committee has decided to host SICE 2021 as an on-line virtual conference.

SICE Journal of Control, Measurement, and System Integration (JCMSI) will publish a special issue entitled “Special Issue on SICE Annual Conference 2021”in May 2022. In January 2021, the journal became an open-access journal produced on Taylor & Francis Online. Submissions to the special issue will undergo an expedited review process.
